The Jasmine Cocktail is a sour, bittersweet variation of the classic Pegu. When made properly it takes like freshly squeezed grapefruit!
It was created by Paul Harrington in the late ’90s when a college friend, Matt asked him to make up a cocktail for him. Harrington named it the Jasmine after Matt’s last name (It was only later he discovered it was spelt Jasmin).
Ingredients for a Jasmine Cocktail
45ml Dry gin
7.5ml Triple Sec
7.5ml Campari
22.5ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
lemon peel to garnish

How to make a Jasmine cocktail
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.
Enjoy!
