Melbourne winters call for a hot toddies! Mulled sloe gin is a good winter warmer, but this Chamomile, Lemon and Gin Hot Toddy is a delicious alternative.
This recipe was created by Jules Aron and couldn’t be simpler to make.

Ingredients for the Chamomile, Lemon & Gin Hot Toddy (makes one serve)
120ml freshly brewed chamomile tea
15ml apricot syrup (I only had Apricot brandy, so added a tiny bit of honey)
15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
60ml gin (I used Imbue Distillery Journey Gin)

How to make your toddy!
Make your tea (in a jug if you are making several serves).
Add the apricot syrup and lemon juice followed by the gin. Stir to combine. Garnish with an orange twist.
