Negroni have gained in popularity in recent years, but they aren’t for everyone. The Negroni Bianco is a more accessible variation that non-fans of the traditional Negroni might like to try.
As with all cocktails, there are many different recipes available. I like this one because I’m loving Cocchi Americano (Italian apéritif) at the moment, but Lillet Blanc also works well.
These apératif are used in place of the sweet vermouth, but use what you perfer.
Campari is replaced with Suze, a gentian liqueur. Gentian is a bitter herb used in cocktail bitters.

Ingredients for a Negroni Bianco
30ml Cocchi Americano
30ml gin
30ml Suze
Method
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill.
Pour into glass and garnish with a lemon twist. Enjoy!
