Tea and gin are a fantastic combination whether it’s as a base for a punch, a nip in your favourite fruit tea or a swanky martini.
I’ve experimented with Earl Grey tea and Rose tea infused gins with great results, but I was inspired to use Sencha tea when I discovered during my visit to the Beefeater Distillery, that it is one of the botanicals used to make Beefeater 24.
I’ve picked three Sencha Tea and Gin cocktails that I think are perfect flavour combinations.
