Tim has only been distilling for 4 years (he worked in finance for 10 years in his previous life). His passion for distilling was influenced by family lore of his British forebearers’ founding Gilbys Gin in the 19th century.
In the short three years since launching, Never Never Distilling Co. has gained global recognition and this year is the #10 Trending Gin Brand globally.

Hall of Fame
The Gin Magazine Hall of Fame is an accolade reserved for those individuals who have made an outstanding, significant and lasting contribution to the global gin industry.
Philip Moore, Distillery Botanica

One of the early Craft Gin pioneers, Philip’s previous career in horticulture has given him a deep understanding of botanicals.
He opened St Fiacre Distillery in 2007, and began by creating a range of native liqueurs.
In 2009 he launched Moore’s Vintage Dry Gin which won a Silver medal at the IWSC.
Philip rebranded the distillery as Distillery Botanica in 2010, and created many award winning spirits, including the global phenomenom, Mr. Black’s coffee liqueur. In 2017 Moores Dry gin was awarded a Gold medal at the IWSC, the first Australian Gin to win at this level.
He is the first Australian distiller inducted into the Hall of Fame.
