This modern, contemporary gin has a juniper backbone together with a natural sweetness from a mix of anise, fennel, liquorice root, and locally grown pink peppercorns. Ruby red grapefruit, kaffir lime, and lavender give a lively and fresh warm mouth feel.
Earp Distilling Co. Portside Gin
Inspired by the enduring spirit of the intrepid traveller, Earp Distilling’s Navy Strength Portside Gin was crafted as a tribute to the ships and crews that brought their family to our harbour-side home. Tara Distillery Pot Still gin
The team behind Tara Distillery; Alarna, Ben, Bridie and Cory wanted to create a very traditional gin, but reflective of their heritages.
They sourced botanicals from the area around the disitllery in Shoahaven – sea lettuce, pepperleaf and pepperberry, macadamia, and lemon myrtle have been married with more traditional botanicals, with juniper as the hero.
In addition they selected rowan berry and heather as a nod to Ben and Alarna’s connection to Ireland and Newfoundland Savoury for Cory who is from there.
Ambleside Small Acre gin
