Tanglin Orchid Gin
Distiller Tim Whitefield vapour infuses whole vanilla beans from Indonesia and incorporated Amchoor, an Indian spice, made from green unripe mango which is ground into powder and imparts a sharp citrus note. The only non Asian ingredient are the fresh oranges that come out of Tim’s garden in the Yarra Valley.
This is a delicate, versatile gin that will please martini and G&T lovers alike.

A backbown of juniper is balanced with a natural sweetness from a mix of anise, fennel, liquorice root, lavender, and locally grown pink peppercorns. While ruby red grapefruit and kaffir lime add a citrus lift all of which blend to give Little Juniper Signature gin a lively and fresh warm mouth feel.
Darby-Norris Christmas Sweetheart gin
With hints of vanilla bean and Medjool dates, this gin will remind you of candy canes and Christmas Cake.

Whitley Neill Dry gin
Inspired by the vivid beauty and mystery of Africa, award-winning distiller Johnny Neill has crafted a gin with a captivating flavour and adventure in taste.
The gin is slightly softer than most traditional dry styles, overall very smooth with rich juniper and citrus, pot pourri and exotic spices. The finish is long with a subtle fade of herbs, cocoa and candied lemon peels, while the nose is both citrusy sweet and peppery, with a distinctive floral aroma.
This gin is the original and the BEST Whitley Neill gin and has been a Top 20 in my house for many years.
Ren Hen Spirits Dry gin
Made from grape based spirit from the heart of the Barossa valley, Red Hen gin is 100% vapor-infused in a 100-litre still. There are 15 botanicals, including juniper, coriander, orris root, licorice root and cassia bark. Muntrie berries which are indigenous to the South Australian coast, give off a sweet crab apple flavour, while the inclusion of fresh celery leaf offers a herbaceous peppery note.
A fabulous martini gin.
