Is there anything more Gin-Massy than Four Pillars Christmas gin? The annual release of this popular gin crashes the internet and creates queues of gin-lovers at the distillery.
For me, it’s the signal that I need to get my arse in gear and start thinking about Christmas!
How do you make a gin that smells like gin and tastes like Christmas?
Cam first distills Christmas puddings (made to his mother Wilma’s 1968 recipe), then ages this gin for a year in 100 year old Muscat barrels. Classic Muscat from Rutherglen (aged in old Pedro Ximenez barrels) is added at at bottling and Christmas gin is born!
