It’s here…the final day of the 12 days of Gin-Mas. I can’t believe we are at the end already. I’ve loved watching the entries roll in, and all the comments on social media.

Brendon and Katie triple distill their spirit three times to make Triple GGG gin. It’s a ‘bold, Australian spirit’ perfect for a variety of gin cocktails.
Bass & Flinders Distillery Orient Gin
Inspired by distiller Holly’s family heritage, Bass & Flinders Orient gin is made with mandarin, Sichuan pepper, kaffir lime, jujubes, wattle seed, and strawberry gum. For those who like their gins with a hint of spice.
Lawrenny Distillery Highlands gin
Lawrenny Estate’s Highlands gin is a refreshing and crisp gin, with notes of blue cypress, bright citrus from grapefruit, orange and buchu, and a hint of mint. Ginger, cubeb pepper and grains of paradise pepper add a gentle heat while chamomile provides weight and sweetness.
McHenry Christmas Gin

Animus Distillery Davidsonia Gin
Animus Distillery’s Davidsonia gin is an annual sell-out! They use a variation of their over-proofed Macedon Dry recipe as a base for steeping the Davidsonia plums. It has a distinctive flavor of sour plum, raspberry and feijoa rounded out by with the juniper, citrus and classic spice of the Macedon Dry Gin. Try it neat over ice, or with a dash of soda and a squeeze of lime.
Happenstance Distillery gin
One of the loveliest labels on an Australian gin! Tim and Mei Lin’s gin is citrus forward and has traditional botanicals such as juniper and coriander balanced with Australian natives – lemon myrtle and strawberry gum
Prohibition gin is made in Adelaide by Adam and Wes. It features traditional botanicals alongside wormwood, green tea, lavender and vanilla making it herbaceous with a lovely sweet finish.
Adelaide Hills Distillery Sunset Gin
Juniper, Strawberry Gum , Bush Apple and Rosella all go into this beautiful pink gin. It smells sweet and floral on the nose, but it has a wonderful dry finish.
Karu Distillery Lightning Gin
This is Karu Distillery’s Navy Strength gin. Lightning gin features mandarin, soft honey bush, rose geranium, lemon myrtle and has a warm vanilla finish to balance out the higher ABV.
Hernö Sloe Gin
This is a beautiful example of a sloe gin. Hernö Sloe gin is made using native sloe berries that are steeped in gin for four months.
Taylor and Smith
Natalie and Ben distill their gin using Huon Valley apples to form their Eau de vie. It has 17 botanicals, including Sweet-scented Kunzea, hand-harvested Kombu, Tasmanian Pepper Berries,Leatherwood Honey, Juniper, Coriander, Orris, Angelica, and Blood Orange.
Killara Distillery Apothecary Gin
Kristy Booth Lark makes her gin using the fractional distillation method, where each botanical is distilled separately, and then blended together. The botanicals include: juniper, coriander, several different types of citrus and some Australian natives. Makes a lovely martini.
