Brisbane Club
The Grand Dames at the Brisbane Club.

In October it was my absolute pleasure to introduce the Gin Queen to 30 champagne aficionados called The Grandes Dames. What an amazing night for the senses!  All attendees commented on the engaging, entertaining and informative format. It was the ultimate in personal development with a twist of hedonism. We really enjoyed the opportunity to taste 4 boutique gins under Caroline’s tutelage. She is a wonderful host and her passion for all things gin shines through and is quite congagious.I hope to welcome her back to a wider audience at the Brisbane Club soon.

Gin Tasting at the 2016 SOPAC conference

Thank you for your help in making the welcome party for SOPAC 2016 such a great success. It was wonderful to have you there and engage the guests with your knowledge and expertise.   You are a great presenter and facilitator and there’s no doubt about your passion for gin!  They loved the experience of learning about the history,  botanical influences, quality and styles of gin – and more importantly, tasting three really great, and different, Australian gins.  There’s no doubt that you converted many from thinking that gin is purely an ingredient in a gin & tonic, to thinking of it as a delicious spirit in its own right!
